RDS 2010.. (20-07-2010)
For the first time this year national riders competed to qualify for the international puissance at the Dublin Horse show. The Combination of Cyril Van de Mespel and Kilian showed good consistancy throughout the three qualifiers to take 1 of the 6 places available at the show. Another Sceilg Sport Horse rider Sophie Walsh and her horse Ark Diamond, and Simon McCarthy with Vunwheel H, both pupils with Kilian, have qualified for the 1.20m young riders class. Success at Spring Tour Grand Prix. (11-04-2010)
Cyril Van De Mespel Z took 6th place in the 2nd last leg of the Chippison Spring tour in Clare equestrian Centre with a double clear round with 43 starters and 13 making it through to the jump off. Rosandro also took 4th place in the 1.20m 2 phase.
Kill Champions of the Year Show (2-11-2009)
More Positive results from our last show of the season. Cyril Van de Mespel Z proved himself , taking joint 1st in the Saturday evening Allianz sponsored Puissance, which finished at 2 meters. On thursday Anders Helmrichs Uefa Retto won the 1.20m qualifier, also in the 1.10m Kilian took 4th place with Donal Healys HHS All Diamond, and Sceilig based young Rider Sophie Walsh took 6th on her own Ark Diamond. Sophie went on to ride a fast and accurate double clear in Saturdays 1.20m qualifier to secure her place in Sundays 1.20m final along with Uefa Retto and HHS All Diamond. HHS All Diamond Finished a successfully debut show with new rider Kilian taking third place in the 1.10m final. Paul o briens Rosandro had an unlucky 4 faults in the 1.10m final. The two five year olds Shannondale Sultan and Zancibar gained great experience over the 4 days jumping clears in the 1.20m..
Success at Kill indoor Horse Championships (12-10-2009)
Cyril van de Mespel Z Secured 2nd place in the 1.30m final at Kill International Equestrian Centre. With 7 through to the jump off Kilian and cyril Posted only 1 of three double clears. Zancibar also took 4th place in the 5 year old 1.20m final with 1 time fault from the first round.

We are delighted to report that Cyril has been selected to travel to Belgium for the european championships at the end of the month with 14 yr old Simon McCarthy, who has been a pupil of Kilian's for the last 12 months. Simon and cyril's place on the team was confirmed after a solid performance for the selectors at Mullingar where he was 5th in the 1.20m and 1st in the 1.30m. Best of luck !!
Ballyrafter Spring Finals (13-04-2009)
A successful day at the finals of the spring league at Ballyrafter Lismore Co. Waterford. Three horses from the Sceilig stable featured in the line up in the Red Mills Sponsored 1.10m class. Rosandro took 1st; the 5 year old Shannondale Sultan placed 4th both ridden by Kilian Browne and Ark Diamond 5th ridden by Sophie Walsh. Uefa Retto a new arrival to the yard took 2nd spot in the Odon Equestrian 1.20m final and later went on to win the 1.30m final ahead of stable mate Cyril Van de Mespel Z in 2nd place.
